Self-described as the “blank canvas of your dreams,” the Liberty Restaurant encourages guests to explore its abundant gardens and relish the fireside seating. Gourmet, seasonal offerings are abound on every plate in the Grand Ballroom and Liberty Room, the Liberty Restaurant’s respective event spaces. The Liberty Room surrounds itself in floor-to-ceiling glass panes, an abundance of candlelight and accommodates anywhere from 75 to 150 guests.
