I photograph portrait sessions around Philadelphia and New Jersey, either in your home, at a location of your choice, or in my Haddonfield studio. I photograph families, couples, and individuals with a mix of traditional portraiture and journalism to capture them organically and authentically.
My portrait studio has a meeting space, dressing room, make-up area, and an assortment of backgrounds, including a 30’ wide x 13’ high exposed brick wall with plenty of natural light. Conveniently located just a few minutes from Philadelphia over the Benjamin Franklin Bridge, the private building has off-street parking and is near several restaurants and the Haddonfield borough.
I love to document families in their home environment, doing ordinary, everyday things. It allows me to capture images that say something about who you are, rather than just straightforward portraits. In addition to posed portraits, lifestyle images paint an authentic picture of your family life by documenting your family doing routine, everyday things. Interacting with the kids, playing their favorite games, or hanging out in the yard all yield great opportunities for me to capture the bond between parent and child. As a father of identical twin girls, I understand the connection we feel with our children, and I have the patience and skills to capture your little ones at their best.
Maternity photos celebrate and accentuate the shape and form of the pregnant body, and record the immediate emotional bond an expecting mother feels with her child. Sexy or traditional, pregnancy portraits can be solo or include your partner and any children in the photos. These sessions can be captured in your home, the baby’s nursery, or outdoors.
Celebrate your graduating senior with a personalized photoshoot that incorporates the high schooler’s personality, hobby, and style. Senior pictures are often taken on location and can include several different outfits or “looks.”
