Muttontown Club weddings in East Norwich, NY provide a remarkable scenic background in the heart of Long Island just off Northern Boulevard. The clubhouse is a gorgeous, oak lined building with grandiose staircases, marble fixtures everywhere, and beautiful, old world New York ambience. The clubhouse provides a sensational background for the processional when the ceremonies are outside.
I was able to take some stunning images our our bride, Diana, in several different areas of the club. The enormous trees and sprawling grounds allow me to create images of my couples without interfering with the golfers on the course.
In this image, Diana was gazing out of the window while her guests were arriving to the grounds of the ceremony. I captured her candidly with my Nikon D4S camera and my Nikkor 70-200mm F2.8 VRIIG lens. I was able to use just a little window light and juxtapose the highlight against the darker background of the room. The texture of the image was enhances with the drapery on the left which gives balance to the composition.
